A 10km downwind, with start and finish on the beach.
This will be a open class event.

Course Details
The start line will be “Le Mans” style in Póvoa de Varzim - Fishing Harbour, after the start you will head out to sea for 3 km, and than straight downwind until you reach Vila do Conde - Azurara Beach where the finish line will be placed in the sand, so to cross the line there will be a 50 mt sprint in the beach..

A 800 meter event, raced in Surfski’s, with start and finish on the beach.
This will be a mono class event.

Boat details
A mono class, based on the Nelo Spec Ski for Surf Life Saving Racing.
Each participant will be given a boat with a specific color for each race with a matching shirt. Eg: a competitor can use a red boat in the heat and than use other colours as he progresses trough the competition.

Course Details
The start line will be in the beach, you will have to run to your boat, paddle 400 mt to the turn out in the ocean come back to the beach and run to the finish line on the sand.
